Relationships are everything. As an executive coach, teacher and speaker, I help leaders navigate the isolation of leadership by having confidential, trust-based conversations about the challenges they face and strategies to solve them.

About Jeff
Dr. Jeff Williamson is a keynote speaker, author and certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach who helps leaders and organizations build community and belonging. He spent more than 30 years in higher education as a Dean, Executive Director and Professor of Organizational Leadership, and launched his coaching practice in 2017. He wrote Joy Café: Rediscovering Community, Connection and Belonging and The Power of 168, both listed on the Resources page.
My Story
Early in my career, in higher education and people development, I discovered a growing sense of loneliness in people and organizations. Teams struggling with retention, cultures that felt cold, leaders who struggled to engage their people: almost always, the root was a lack of genuine connection and a sense of belonging.
That discovery became my life's work. Over the next three decades, I built my expertise at the intersection of human connection, personal strengths, and organizational health. Across more than 30 years in higher education, as a Dean, Executive Director, and Professor of Organizational Leadership, I earned my doctorate in educational leadership, became a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, launched my coaching practice in 2017, and have spoken to thousands of leaders across the country.
Through teaching, coaching, and speaking, I inspire and lead others toward becoming their best selves. Not an imitation of someone you admire, but the authentic you, the one who knows it's okay to be real and bring your unique gifts and talents to every area of your life.
Joy is one of my highest values; to feel it and to help you experience it too. When you need a safe space to envision the future, identify your uniqueness, reflect on your desired legacy, and formulate an action plan, that is where my greatest strengths come alive and serve you best.
I live to see potential come to life and be fully activated in people. To inspire a generation of leaders who challenge and invest in themselves and others. To unleash the limitless potential within emerging leaders. That conviction shapes every keynote, every coaching session, and every page I write.
